Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of emergency operation and selective operation in the treatment of obstructive colon cancer. Methods 100 patients with obstructive colon cancer from January, 2015 to January, 2018 were randomlydivided into control group and observation group. Operation and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Therate of primary anastomosis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the rate of ostomy and ileocolonanastomosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The incidence of complications in the observation group (10.00%) was lower than that in the control group (30.00%).Conclusion Compared with emergency operation, selective operationcan effectively improve the rate of primary anastomosis, reduce the rate of anastomosis and ileocolic anastomosis, to effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and to ultimately improve the effectiveness and safety of treatment.
