Analysis of Nursing Intervention of Influenza Vaccination

Abstract：Objective To analyze the nursing intervention in the prevention of influenza vaccination.Methods Collecting 400 cases of influenza vaccination in elderly patients in the hospital and Shenzhen people's Hospital of Baoan District City Haile Community Health Service Center from March,2015 to June,2016.After the implementation of nursing intervention in elderly patients,the effect of the intervention of elderly patients was explored.Results The incidence rate of adverse reaction of influenza vaccination in the elderly was 2.00%,and the success rate was 98.00%.Conclusion The nursing intervention for patients with influenza vaccination in the elderly can not only effectively reduce the pale,anaphylactic shock,headache and the incidence of adverse reactions,but also increase the success rate of vaccination of elderly patients,so as to reduce the incidence of influenza,protect the life safety of elderly patients.So it is worthy of promoting mass vaccination in application.
