Abstract：Objective To investigate the doctor-patient disputes causes and countermeasures of management.Methods Based on the fact that background,the influence of management factors of doctor-patient contradiction was discussed.Results Angle of hospital management can properly solve medical disputes.Conclusion Through the building quality inside and image outside,and multilateral coordination,harmony and stability can be realized as soon as possible.
