Clinical Evaluation of Laparoscopic Varicocele Ligation Treatment of Varicocele
Abstract：Objective To investigate clinical effect of laparoscopic varicocele ligation treatment of varicocele.Methods 60 patients with varicocele from July,2014 to August,2016 were treated in the study.All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with open spermatic vein ligation.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic varicocele ligation.And the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Operation time and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference of semen improvement rate,recurrence rate and complication rate between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic varicocele ligation treatment of varicocele can obtain satisfactory clinical results,and can significantly shorten the operation time and hospitalization time of patients.So it is worthy of clinical popularization.
