Painless Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain in Patients with Limbs Fracture and the Effect of Limb Function

Abstract:Objective To observe the painless nursing intervention on postoperative pain in patients with limbs fracture and the influence of limb function.Methods 86 patients with limbs fracture were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group used conventional care,and on this basis,the observation group was combined with painless nursing intervention mode.Nursing care of postoperative limb function recovery,the differences between the VAS score and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The limb function recovery after surgery of observation group was better than that of control group,and difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Observation group nursing satisfaction was better than that of control group (P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The painless nursing interventions could lower limb fracture patients' postoperative pain,and improve the limb function,promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients,and improve patient satisfaction.So it deserves further clinical application.
