Exploration and Practice of Legal and Ethic Problems Faced in Clinical Teaching

Abstract：The doctor-patient relationship is very tense,and some legal issues in clinical teaching directly affect the quality of medical students and medical security.Along with strengthening patients` main body consciousness and legal rights idea,the traditional bedside teaching method can`t be fully implemented frequently due to the difficulty to give attention to patients` and students` rights and interest simultaneously.In order to resolve the difficulties in clinical practice teaching,the research and practice of"many in one"practice teaching method is carried out including collective bedside teaching,simulation teaching and problem-based learning teaching.The results showed this mode can more effectively pay attention to patients` and students` rights and interest simultaneously,increase the students` chance of study and trainning,alleviate the dilemma of legal ethics in clinical teaching.
