Abstract:Objective To study the serum cystine protease inhibitors C value to the early diagnosis of diabetes and high blood pressure kidney disease. Methods Selecting 50 patients with diabetic nephropathy from October,2014 to December,2015 in the hospital,50 patients with high blood pressure kidney disease, and 50 cases of healthy physical examination at the same time.Adopting serum cystine protease inhibitors (immune turbidimetry) C,BUN (urease UV method),Scr (oxidase method) of fully automatic biochemical analyzer test of three groups.Different testing positive contrast of detection index and diabetic nephropathy and hypertension nephropathy of three groups was done. Results (1)Serum levels of cystine protease inhibitors C of diabetic nephropathy group and high blood pressure kidney disease group are significantly higher than the control group, glomerular filtration function index is significantly lower, serum creatinine is higher, and urea nitrogen level is significantly higher. There is statistically significant difference,P<0.05.(2) Serum positive rate cystine protease inhibitors C of diabetic nephropathy group and high blood pressure kidney disease group is significantly higher than that of glomerular filtration function index, urea nitrogen and serum creatinine index. Conclusion The serum levels of cystine protease inhibitors C has higher value to the diagnosis of diabetes and high blood pressure kidney disease, and can effectively detect diabetic kidney disease and high blood pressure kidney disease. This can provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
