Clinical Effect of the Treatment of Lurg Cancer by the Combination of the Bronchoscopy and Local Chemotheraly

Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of lung cancer by the combination of the fiber bronchus and local chemotherapy.Methods 62 cases through ballot included in the study, according to the principle of random sampling.There were 31 cases in control group and 31 cases in observation group.On this basis, the observation group received bronchopneumonia endoscopy combined with local chemotherapy.Results The effective rate of the observation group is 64.52%, which is higher than 32.26% in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group is 3.23%, which is lower than 22.58% in the control group.The observation group patients'quality of life scores improve significantly compared with the control group.The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of lung cancer in the process, fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined with local chemotherapy can be used to improve clinical symptoms, control the disease progression with less adverse reaction, and improve the quality of life of patients significantly.So it has important application value.
