Analysis of the Characteristics of Heart Disease in Elderly Patients with Valvular Surgery Treatment

Abstract：Objective To study the clinical characteristics of the surgery treatment of patients with heart valve disease.Methods 300 cases of heart valve disease from January,2014 to January,2015 were regarded as the research object.According to the age of the patients,they were divided into two groups.Treatments of the two groups were compared.Results The length of hospital stay,auxiliary time,aorta blocking time to breathe and ICU admission time and so on of the patients less than 50 years old are better than patients more than 50 years old,and they had a low incidence of complications.There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment of elderly patients with heart valve disease is easily affected by many factors,including complications,patients' illness condition and age.So actual patients' illness condition must be regarded as a fundamental basis,and the appropriate operation should be selected to reduce the incidence of complications,so as to improve the effect of surgery.
