Clinical Significance of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium in Prevention of Thrombosis After Gynecological Surgery

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical significance of low molecular weight heparin calcium in prevention of thrombosis after gynecological operation. Methods 100 patients with malignant tumor were divided into the control group (50 cases) and the experimental group (50 cases) from February,2015 to March,2016.The experimental group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium after the operation. The control group did not use the affecting coagulation function drugs and anticoagulants. The changes of serum markers before and after operation, prothrombin time and the total effective rate of thrombus prevention of the two groups were observed. Results Compared with the preoperative and postoperative 3 days, fibrin fibrinogen and D-dimer expression levels in control group had significant fluctuations 3 days and 6 days after surgery. There was statistical significance(P<0.05).While preoperative, postoperative 3 days, postoperative 6 days, fibrinogen and D-dimer expression level were relatively stable (P>0.05).Compared with the control group, fibrinogen and D-dimer expression in experimental group were lower after postoperative 6 days. There was statistical significance(P<0.05).The prothrombin time of postoperative 3 days and postoperative 6 days in the experimental group was longer than that of control group. The total effective rate of DVT was higher, and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium can effectively prevent thrombosis, improve the blood flow of the body, and promote the rehabilitation of patients. It is worth popularizing and applying.
