Analysis of Pregnancy Outcome of Vaginal Infection in Late Pregnancy
Abstract:Objective To investigate the pregnancy outcome of vaginal infection in late pregnancy.Methods The vaginal secretions of 960 pregnant women in the hospital were examined.The vaginal infection was positive in the observation group and the vagina infection was negative in the control group.The pregnancy outcome of the two groups was observed.Results The incidence of premature labor,premature rupture of membranes,amniotic fluid pollution and chorioamnionitis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of perineal laceration was not statistically significant,but the incidence of observation group was 10%,which was higher than the control group.Conclusion The positive prevention and treatment of vaginal infection can improve the outcome of adverse pregnancy.
