Research of Carorid Atherosclerotic Plaque and H-Type Hypertension in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of carotid atherosclerotic plaque and H-type hypertension in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Using cross sectional study to research 3963 cases of hospitalized patients with primary acute cerebral infarction from January,2011 to May,2014 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University,to investigate and record the plasma homocysteine and blood lipid with or without carotid atherosclerotic plaque in patients. Results There are H-type hypertension group (2147 cases) and non-H-type hypertension group(1816 cases). There are statistically significant differences of diabetes, coronary heart disease and smoking history between the two groups (P<0.05).But there is no significant difference of age, sex, and drinking history(P>0.05).The high density lipoprotein in the non-H-type hypertension group is higher than that of the H-type hypertension group, and it has statistical significance(P<0.05);there is no significant difference in the levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein between two groups (P>0.05).Single factor analysis of non-H-type hypertension group and H-type hypertension group shows that OR=1.487,95%CI:1.239~1.784,the difference is statistically significant.Through adjusting age, sex, history of diabetes, history of coronary heart disease, smoking history, drinking history, blood lipid,OR=1.476,95%CI:1.217~1.790,they still have statistical significance. Conclusion H-type hypertension increases the risk of carotid atherosclerotic plaque.
