Clinical Effect of Nursing Intervation in Reducing Fracture Patients in the Postoperative Pain and Improving Nursing Satisfaction

Abstract:Objective To explore the nursing intervention to reduce fracture patients in the postoperative pain and improve nursing satisfaction effect.Methods Randomly selecting 110 patients with fracture.They were divided into experimental group and control group,with 55 cases each group.The control group received traditional nursing,and the experimental group used nursing intervention for nursing.Comparing two groups of pain scores before and after patient care and nursing satisfaction.Results Nursing care in the first two group of patients with pain score difference was not significant,with no statistical significance (P>0-05);After nursing,the experimental pain score is significantly lower than the control group,and nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group.The difference is significant,with statistical significance (P<0-05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with fracture,effectively reduce the pain of the patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.So it is worthy of further promotion and use.
