Anxiety,Depression and the Influence of the Quality of Life of Double Heart Maintenance on the Elderly with Cornonay Heart Disease Under the Combination of Medical Care and Pension
Abstract：Objective To investigate the anxiety,depression,and the influence of the quality of life of medical a combined mode of double heart maintenance of senile coronary heart disease people.Method Choosing 65 cases from January in 2016 to May in 2016,social welfare institutions in Heilongjiang Province in the courtyard,the elderly over the age of 65 has a history of coronary artery disease 65 cases as control group,the 34 elderly cases in the courtyard has a history of coronary artery disease as observation group.Control group using conventional maintenance scheme,maintenance intervention group to implement the double heart,observe anxiety and depression of two groups,and improve the quality of life.Results Observation group after the intervention of SAS and SDS score was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0-05);each dimension score of observation group of patients SAQ was significantly increased compared with control group,and there was statistically significant difference (P<0-05).Conclusion Medical keep under the combination of double heart maintenance can effectively improve the psychological condition of the senile coronary heart disease population,and improve the quality of life.
