Research of Pre-injection Methoxyl Ming Joint Ephedrine Prevention of Hypotension After Cesarean Section Lumbar Anesthesia

Abstract：Objective To analyze pre-injection methoxyl Ming joint ephedrine prevention of hypotension after cesarean section lumbar anesthesia,and to explore its role.Methods 120 cases of the proposed line marked primipara from July,2015 to June,2015 were randomly divided into methamphetamine group (Ⅰ group),methoxyl group (Ⅱ group) and ephedrine + methoxyl group (Ⅲ group),with 40 patients in each group,and its clinical effect was observed.Results Ⅰ group with heart rate increased obviously after ephedrine.Ⅱ group with methoxyl next heart rate slowed significantly.Ⅲ group with methoxyl group had no effect on heart rate after Ming and pseudoephedrine basically.Through comparing with the former two groups,there was statistically significant difference(P<0-05).There was no difference among patients of three groups in blood pressure change (P>0-05).There was no significant difference among three groups in neonatal neonatal umbilical cord blood pH and Apgar score.There was no suffocation,and there was no statistical significance (P>0-05).There was statistical significance in bradycardia and tachycardia of Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ group,and there was no statistical significance in nausea and vomiting (P>0-05).Conclusion Methoxyl Ming joint ephedrine can effectively prevent the occurrence of hypotension after lumbar hemp cesarean delivery,and it can be popularized in clinic.
