System Nursing Impact on Related Fatigue of Patients with Breast Cancer Surgery in Perioperative Stage and Quality of Life

Abstract：Objective To explore the system nursing impact on related fatigue of patients with breast cancer surgery in perioperative stage and quality of life.Methods Choosing 100 patients with breast cancer in the hospital , and dividing them into experimental group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group.The control group got routine nursing intervention , and the experimental group got systematic nursing intervention.Results Through different nursing intervention , the scores of cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in the experi-mental group are significantly better than the control group .There are significant differences ( P<0.05 ) , with statistical significance .Con-clusion Appropriate nursing intervention system of the patients with breast cancer in perioperative stage has a positive impact on related fa -tigue and quality of life.So it is worth more extensive promotion and use .
