Investigation of the Resistant Mechanism of Carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella Pneumoniae
Abstract：Objective To understand the carbapenems resistant mechanism and drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumonia in The First Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University .Methods A total of 12 clinical strains of carbapenems -resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae from 2013 to 2015 were analyzed , and the MIC method was used for the drug susceptibility testing with WHONET 5.6 software, the KPC phenotypicdetectionusedmodifiedHodgetest,andgenetictestingusedPCR.Results 12carbapenems-resistantstrainsisnegativeto modified Hodge test , and gene sequencing to KPC is type 2.Conclusion KPC-2 was the main reason causing drug resistance of Klebsiel-la pneumoniae in the hospital .
