Analysis of the Effect of Hospital-Community Integrated Management System in Patients with Hypertension

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of hospital -community integrated managed system of blood pressure and cognitive behavior ofpatientswithhypertension.Methods 98patientswithhypertensionwereselectedanddividedintoexperimentalgroupandcontrolgroup randomly.The experimental group were treated with hospital -community integrated management system , and the control group were treated with conventional managed system .Blood pressure and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared .Results Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure control and the treatment compliance in patients with the experimental group were better than the con -trol group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Compared with conventional management system , hospital-community integrated managed system has a better effect on control of blood pressure and treatment compliance .
