Determination of Nitrite in Infant Milk Powder and Rice Flour
Abstract：Objective A new method was established for the detection of nitrite in infant milk powder and rice flour .Methods Newly established pre-treatment method that the technical problems such as the viscosity of the pretreatment liquid and muddy of filtration fluid in the actual operation of the original national standard method was solved was quantified by colorimetric method .Results Through the test of the 25 copies of nitrite in infant milk powder and rice flour samples , it is found that the minimum detection concentration is 0.25 mg/kg, the recovery is 94.5%~101.3%, and relative standard deviation of six determinations ( RSD) is 2.43%.Conclusion Compared with the the original national standard method , the improved pretreatment method makes the test time shorter .The result is more accurate and re-liable , and repeatability good .The fast and accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis is realized on nitrite in infant milk powder and rice flour.
