Clinical Effect of Tranquilization Decotion of TCM and Antianxiety Drugs in Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of tranquilization decotion of TCM and antianxiety drugs in generalized anxiety dis -order(GAD).Methods 84GADpatientsinthehospitalwereselected.Thesubjectswererandomlyandequallydividedintotwogroups. Results After treatment, the evaluation score of HAMA of two groups was lower than before (P<0.05).The evaluation score of HAMA for observation group was even lower than control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion The western medicine and tranquilization decotion of TCM has a higher safety in GAD patients .It can efficiently improve the clinical effect and the evaluation score of life quality .It is also safe and will not increase the rate of adverse reaction .
