Clinical Study of Contrast Enhanced Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Gastric Lesions

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of two kinds of contrast agents in the gastric lesions .Methods Selecting 90 cases of patients with lesions from Sep .2013, to Sep.2015 in the hospital as the research object , and randomly dividing them into two groups:control group (45 cases) using coke as co reagent , the observation group (45 cases) by homogeneous echotexture strong contrast a-gent.The comparison of the gastric lesions show , diagnostic accordance rate of two diagnostic methods was done .Results Display rates of control group and the observation group were 68.89%and 80.00%, respectively;and the results were compared with pathological biopsy diagnosis, diagnosis coincidence rate of the control group was 84.44%.Diagnosis coincidence rate of the observation group was 97.78%. The differences between the data of two groups have statistical significance ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Uniform echo enhancement type of contrast agent in the examination of gastric lesion can effectively prevent stomach secrete fluid signal interference , significantly enhance accurate diagnosis rate, and has high safety with no record of the advantages .So it can be widely used.
