Effect of Dendritic Cells Mediated Autoimmune Responses in AS
Abstract：ObjectiveTostudythedendriticcellsmediatedautoimmuneresponsesinatherosclerosis(AS).Methods 59patientswith coronary heart disease were selected as the object , and 50 healthy subjects were selected as control group .Patients were detected by DC analy-sis of blood samples of the patients to determine the tricolor (dendritic cells) and its subtypes in absolute numbers.Results In the observa-tion group, the ratios of DC, MDC and PDC were lower than the control group .And the absolute value was higher than that in control group , with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion DC can be directly involved in the formation and atherosclerosis , and it has a certain role in the occurrence and development of diseases .
