Efficacy of Modified Jackknife Position Compared with the Traditional Position in the Hemorrhoids Ligation
Abstract：Objective To explore the efficacy of modified jackknife position compared with the traditional position in the Hemorrhoids ligation.Methods 148patientsfromJune,2014toDecember,2015fromAnorectalDepartmentwererandomlydividedintoobservation group and control group .Each group contained 74 cases.The control group were used the traditional cut stone position .And the observation group were used modified jackknife position .Results The operative time (39.7 ±9.4 min vs 45.7 ±10.8 min) in the observation was significantly lower than the control group , P<0.001.The total complications in the observation was significantly lower than the control group, P<0.05.The comfortable position evaluation in the observation group were significantly better than the control group , P<0.01. Conclusion The modified jackknife position in the application of internal hemorrhoids ligation is more effective than the traditional lithoto -my position.
