Effect Analysis of Artificial Rupture of Membranes Combined with Oxytocin for Induction of Labor in Late Pregnancy
Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of artificial rupture of membrane and oxytocin in late pregnancy induced labor . Methods Selecting 180 cases from January, 2015 to January, 2016 in Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics in the hospital , who met the need of labor induction , and dividing them into two groups .Women of study group had artificial rupture of membranes with intravenous oxytocin hormone for induction of labor , and women of the control group had simple intravenous oxytocin .Induction effects of two groups were compared.Results Success rate of maternal induction in the study group is significantly higher than that of the control group .The palace mouth open full time , pains and total labor time is shorter , the amount of postpartum hemorrhage is less , and rate of vaginal delivery is higher.There is statistical significance of the differences between two groups ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Artificial rupture of membranes combined with oxytocin for induced labor can shorten the birth process , reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage , reduce caesarean sec-tion rate, improve the rate of vaginal delivery , and guarantee the maternal and fetal health and safety .
