Abstract：Obej ctive To explore whether the effect of Rapamycin on the Treg cells is related to autophagy .Methods the mice spleen was gently minced and the cells were sorted by the cell sorting kit .Inhibitors or siRNA were used to inhibit or induce the cellular au-tophagy.The proportion of Treg cells was detected by flow cytometry .Results Inhibited autophagy down -regulates the proportion of Treg cells.Conclusion Autophagy participates in the regulation of Treg cells function .
