Abstract：The development of energy metabolism of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor -2 is reviewed.It is found that VEGF/VEGFR signal pathways in angiogenesis is crucial.The endothelial cells energy metabolism intervention can affect angiogenesis.In cancer treatment, only the comprehensive, comprehensive evaluation of the factors can make the antiangiogenic targeting preparation to better play its curative effect in clinic.
