Study on the Application Effect of PDCA Management in Nursing Safety Management

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA management method in clinical nursing safety management.Methods PDCA was applied to do nursing safety management in all departments.Clinical nursing safety assessment results were compared, and the patients′satisfaction to the nursing work survey before and after the implementation of PDCA were compared.Results After the implemen-tation of the PDCA, clinical nursing safety score is higher than before the implementation, with significant difference (P <0.05); nursing satisfaction rate (96.0%) is higher than that of the control group (86.0%), with significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA can improve nursing management level, and meet the care needs of patients.So it is worthy of promotion.
