Efficacy of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Nephlithotomy in the Treatment of Upper Urinary Tract Calculus
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculus.Methods 258 patients with upper urinary tract calculus were treated in F18 puncture channel with ultrasound and X-rays.Results All the operation were successful,the average operation time was 80 minutes, the average time of hospital stay was 9.5 day, and the stone -free rate was 87.60%(226/258)in one session.No major complications were noted in all patients.Conclusion Mini-mally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy is safe and effective in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculus.
