Abstract:Objective To study the effect of the diazepam combined with morphine sodium nitroprusside on the rescue treatment of aor-tic dissection. Methods Patients of two groups received different treatment methods. After treatment, 30min blood pressure, heart rate and mortality in two weeks of two groups were compared. Results Systolic blood pressure of the observation group after treatment was (92.6 ±7.1)mmHg, and that of the control group was (109.3 ±7.4) mmHg.Diastolic blood pressure of the observation was (63.2 ± 6.9)mmHg, and that of the control group was (76.9 ±4.6)mmHg.Heart rate of patients in the observation group was (68.3 ±4.3)times/min, and that of the control group was (82.6 ±5.3) times/min.Mortality rate of the observation group was 40.0% in the observation group, and that of the control group was 70.0%.Through examination, it was statistically significant (P <0.01).Conclusion SNP joint diazepam and morphine can more effectively reduce blood pressure and heart rate, reduce mortality in patients of acute period, further save time for patients, and improve the therapeutic effect.
