Uric Acid Levels Effect on the Coronary Stent Restenosis

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of uric acid on coronary artery stent restenosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 480 patients'clinical data in the hospital from January, 2014 to June, 2015 was done.Based on the level of serum uric acid, the patients were divided into observation group(135 cases) and control group(345 cases).Patients in the observation group were of hyperuricemia.U-ric acid level: the male is higher than 420 mol/L, and female was higher than 340 mol/L that of control group.Patients in the control group were of normal uric acid level, and the uric acid level was men less than 420 mol/L, and women less than 340 mol/L.The incidence of restenosis of two groups were compared, and the related influencing factors were found out. Results Stent restenosis of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, with statistically significant difference (P <0.05).Outside serum uric acid lipid pa-rameters of two groups showed no significant difference (P >0.05).Conclusion Through the analysis of coronary artery stenting, and the important risk factors of hyperuricemia, the serum uric acid level of patients is effectively reduced. And it is helpful to improve the clinical effect of coronary artery stenting, and improve the prognosis.
