Psychological Status and Intervention Effect of 60 Oral and Maxillofacial Skin Flap Transplantation Patients

Abstract:Objective To explore and understand the psychological situation and the intervention effect of oral and maxillofacial skin flap transplantation patients.Methods 60 patients with oral and maxillofacial skin flap transplantation in the hospital from March, 2013 to September, 2015 were admitted as the experimental group, and 60 cases of general dentistry patients were regarded as the control group. Psychological conditions were compared.Psychological intervention was done on two groups, and comparison of oral and maxillofacial sur-gery patients before and after the intervention flap psychological conditions and so on was done.Results Patients with oral and maxillofa-cial skin flap transplantation inevitably have adverse psychological condition, and normal dentistry and maxillofacial surgery patients have no adverse psychological condition.After the intervention, forced scores of oral and maxillofacial skin flap transplantation were significantly lower than before.There was obvious difference, with statistical significance (P <0.05).After the intervention of oral and maxillofacial skin flap transplantation, depression, anxiety, hostility and fear scores were significantly lower than before.There was a significant difference, with statistically significant statistical significance (P <0.01).Conclusion Patients with oral and maxillofacial skin flap transplantation often have adverse psychological state, including compulsion, depression, anxiety, hostility and fear.Psychological interventions can effec-tively relieve the patients′adverse psychological state.It has effective effect for the treatment and prognosis, and it has clinical significance.
