Application of Humanized Nursing in Elderly Patients with Hip Joint Replacement

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of humanized nursing in elderly patients with hip replacement, and to help elderly pa-tients′to successfully complete replacement.Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with hip replacement surgery in the hospital from January, 2010 to December, 2014 were randomly divided into routine nursing group and human care nursing group.The rehabilitation pro-gress and satisfaction of the patients after operation were observed.Results The treatment effect and satisfaction in the human care nursing group were significantly higher than those in the routine nursing group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclu-sion The use of humanized nursing care for elderly patients with hip replacement can effectively improve the patients′physical and mental health, and improve the satisfaction of patients and family.
