Survey of Training Needs of Nursing Staff in Heilongjiang Province Family Planning Technical Service Institutions

Abstract：Objective To understand the training status and needs of nursing staff in Heilongjiang province city and county level family planning technical service institutions,and to provide the basis for the development of targeted training.Methods Taking cluster sampling method, and doing the investigation of 105 nursing staff training status and needs of the city and county level family planning technical service institutions.Results From 2012 to 2014, 45%of the nursing staff received training;and 97.2%people think that it is very necessary to participate in training.Conclusion The training rate of nursing staff was not high, the training needs is high.The demand of training form is different from previous acceptance form.
