Effect Analysis of Flexible Management in Spine Surgery Nursing

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of flexible management in spine surgery nursing.Methods 86 spinal surgery patients of observation group received conventional nursing combined with flexible management, and 86 cases of control group received usual care with spinal surgery.Nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results The occurrence of adverse events rate in nursing group (3.49%) is significantly lower than the control group (22.09%).The data of the two groups are significant difference (P<0.05).Total satisfaction of patients in the observation group (97.67%) is significantly higher than that of control group (60.47%).The difference between the two groups is significantly different ( P<0.05).Conclusion Taking flexible management has a good result, so it is worth adopting in spinal surgery nursing.
