Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Naloxone Treatment on Cerebral Thrombosis
Abstract：Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of naloxone treatment of cerebral thrombosis.Methods Selecting 76 cases with cerebral thrombosis as objects, and randomly dividing them into control and experimental groups, with 38 cases in each group.Patients in the two groups were treated with routine treatment.And on the basis of this, patients in the control group were treated with Dan-shen.Patients in the experimental group were treated with Naloxone.Clinical effects and neurological deficit situation before treatment and after treatment of two groups were compared.Results The clinical treatment effect of patients in the experimental group is superior to the control group, and neurological deficit scores are better than the control group, with significant statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Naloxone implementation can effectively improve the clinical results, and can improve the patients’ neurological deficit scores cir-cumstances.So it is worth clinical application.
