Observation of Curative Effect and Safety of Kato Pury Combined Amlodipine in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Hy-pertension

Abstract：Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical application value of Kato Pury combined amlodipine in patients with coro-nary heart disease and hypertension.Methods 76 cases of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension were divided into two groups.The control group received conventional drug treatment, and the study group was treated with Kato Pury+amlodipine.Continuous treatment lasted for 2 months.The clinical symptoms were observed, and blood pressure and ECG changes were observed.Results Blood pressure of patients in the two groups was significantly decreased, blood pressure levels of patients in the study group decreased more obviously compared with the control group, P<0.05.Medication of patients after treatment of angina relief efficiency reached 92.10%, and electro-cardiogram ( ECG) examination display cardiac function improvement was 94.74%, which was significantly higher than the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with hypertension, Kato Pury+amlodipine treatment can effec-tively control the patients’ blood pressure and relieve angina symptoms, and curative effect is exact.
