Application of Curettage and Hysteroscopy in the Treatment of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

Abstract：Objective Comparative analysis of curettage and hysteroscopy in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy and application effect was done.Methods Selecting 120 scar pregnancy women in the hospital from March, 2013 and March, 2015 according to the ran-dom number method.They were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 60 patients in each group.Control group were treated with curettage, and observation group were treated with hysteroscopic electric resection.Comparative analysis of the therapeutic effect and the complications occurrence of two groups were done.Results After the treatment, maternal serum beta hCG recovery, amount of bleeding, the time of vaginal bleeding and menstrual recovery time and other indicators of the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05), with statistical significance.In the observation group, the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ) , with statistical significance.Conclusion By hysteroscopic surgery, dilatation and curettage can effectively improve the cesarean scar pregnancy clinical symptoms, and has a unique effect for decreasing maternal complications.So it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
