Abstract：From three aspects, including the present siuation of doctor-patient relationship in China, the cuse of the frequency occur-ance of medical disputes and the process of dealing with medical disputes acccording to law of Linshui Central Hospital of Linyi, it is con-cluded that only by abiding the low can social fairness be kept.
