Application of Color Doppler Ultrasound BI-RADS Classification in Breast Disease Screening of Nanshan District Community Residents of Different Age Groups
Abstract：Objective To discuss the application of color Doppler ultrasound BI-RADS classification in the screening of breast disea-ses.Methods A retrospective summary and analysis of 16 148 cases regarding women′s breast disease screening BI-RADS classification data from local residents of 20~60 years in Nanshan District in 2015 was done.Results The incidence of 15 cases were detected in 0 grade ( 0.09%), 8710 cases in one grade (53.94%), 4364 cases in two grade (27.03%), 2946 in cases three grade (18.24%), 93 cases in four grade (0.58%) , and 20 cases in six grade (0.12%).8 cases were confirmed breast cancer by surgery.Conclusion The use of color Doppler Ultrasound BI-RADS classification to breast screening can improve the early diagnosis and treatment rate, reduce the incidence of breast disease and breast cancer, and then improve the quality of life of the local residents.
