Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy and Safety of the Treatment of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease in Patients with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in patients with nonalcoholicfattyliverdisease.Methods 180caseswithnonalcoholicfattyliverdiseaseinthehospitalwereselectedasthestudysub-jects, and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The changes of BMI, liver function, cholesterol, triglyceride, blood sugar, liver fibrosis index and insulin were analyzed before and after treatment.Results After treatment, clinical index of the treat-ment group in 3 months and 6 months was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05).Conclusion Danshu capsule has better clinical curative effect in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.It can signifi-cantly prevent fibrosis and avoid the occurrence of liver cirrhosis, improve metabolism function, and decrease the blood viscosity.
