High-risk Pregnancy Maternal Prenatal Risk Factors and Prevention
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of high-risk pregnancy maternal prenatal risk factors and prevention.Methods Se-lecting 894 high-risk pregnant women from January, 2012 to December, 2013 in the hospital outpatient, inpatient diagnosis and treatment for the study, using maternal general self-questionnaires, analyzing high-risk pregnant women prenatal risk factors, and to exploring the risk factors based on precaution.Results Univariate analysis was done among aged 30 to 40, low educational level, living in rural areas, the floating population, low income, incovenient traffic and hospitals do not trust high-risk pregnancy, maternal prenatal frequency signifi-cantly significantly reduced (P<0.05 compared with other high-risk women ).After Logistic regression analysis, age, education level, place of residence, way of living, income, transport facilities and the hospital trust are high-risk prenatal maternal risk factors.Conclu-sion Effect of high-risk pregnancy has more maternal prenatal risk factors, including age, education level, place of residence, way of living, income, incovenient transportation, and mistrust of the hospital.Prevention against the risk factors can improve maternal prenatal risk pregnancy.
