Application Base Research of Nourishing Kidney Liver Blood Method Treatment on Ovarian Premature Aging

Abstract：Objective To research the clinical effect of nourishing kidney and liver and promoting blood circulation in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.Methods Choosing 93 cases in the hospital outpatient ovarian premature senility patients as the research object, and dividing them into the treatment group ( medicine Yi Kun Fang treatment, 45 cases) and control group ( western medicine treatment, 48 cases).Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was slightly higher than that of the control group, P>0.05; After treat-ment, the PSV, PI, RI, PSH and E2 indexes of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group, P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 16.67% lower than that of the control group 0; and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 0, which significantly lower than that of the control group 10.42%, P<0.05.Conclusion Kidney Softening Yi Kun side has the effect of promoting blood circulation in the treatment of premature ovarian failure on the long-term effect can significantly im-prove the patients′LH, PSV, PSH, RI, PI, E2, etc., to improve the quality of life of patients.
