Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between serum and umbilical cord blood FABP4 protein quantity and the level of preeclampsiaand neonatal perinatal outcome, and to improve the prognosis and reduce the mortality of mothers and infants .Mtehods Se-lecting 100 patients with preeclampsia from March, 2014 to June, 2015 in Department of Gynaecology of the hospital as study group ,and se-lecting 100 normal pregnancy cases as the control group .Extracting venous blood once every 4weeks, umbilical cord blood was extracted af-ter childbirth.Separation serum and enzyme linked immunosorbent method were used to analyze serum FABP 4 expression.Statistics and comparison of eclampsia status and neonates with perinatal outcomes in two groups were done .Rse ults Serum, umbilical cord blood FABP4 and TG,LDL of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group;mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia occur-rence rate were 18%and 10%.The incidence of post natal heart failure was 17%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.Peri neonatal mortality of the study group was 12%,neonatal asphyxia was 21%,and NRDS incidence rate was 29%,which were sig-nificantly higher than those of control group. Conclusion Serum levels of FABP4 in serum and umbilical cord blood were associated with the preeclampsia, which could be used as serum biochemical markers for the prevention and assessment of the occurrence of preeclampsia, the clinical outcome and perinatal outcome.
