The Application Research of Comfortable Nursing in Elderly Male Patients with Anorectal Postoperative Dysuria
Abstract：Objective To study the comfort care in elderly male patients with anorectal postoperative dysuria Application .Methods 106 cases of male patients were chosen in the hospital treated with anorectal disease .According to admission time points , they were randomly di-vided into experimental and control group .The control group was under the condition of without anesthesia for urethral catheterization , and the elderly male patients in the experimental was conducted immediate urethral catheterization within 30~60 min,which was the effective period of anesthesia after returned to the ward .The degree of discomfort tube , the success rate of catheter , catheter removal urination , repeated cathe-terization rate, urinary tract infection and postoperative wound pain , edema, and hemorrhage were compared .Results Catheterization suc-cess rate of the experimental group were significantly higher , and catheterization discomfort pain tolerance was lower than the control group . After removing the catheter , the urination was smoother than the control group .The repeating home pipe rate was lower than the control group , and urinary tract infection was also lower than the control group .Conclusion Applying elderly male patients anorectal surgery predictability comfort care measures painless catheterization could reduce postoperative complications and alleviate the pain of patients . <br> And also this method could ensure the quality and effectiveness of surgery , and improve the satisfaction and comfort of the patient , which could be promoted in clinical nursing .
