Influence of Gastrointestinal Complications of Using Quick Healing Surgical Nursing Mode for Patients with Gastroduodenal Per-foration Repair
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of gastrointestinal complications of quick healing surgical nursing for patients with gastro duodenal perforation repair .Methods Selecting 80 patients from Jul .2013 to Jun.2015 receiving gastroduodenal perforation repair surgi-cal treatment as the research objects .According to the method of digital parity , they were randomly divided into two groups .Control group (n=40) were given routine nursing care, and observation group (n=40) were given quick healing surgical nursing .Postoperative gastro-intestinal complications , anal exhaust , defecation time , the time of first feeding , and nursing satisfaction were observed .Results In ob-servation group, the first time of feeding, ambulation, anus exhaust and defecation were shorter than the control group , and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Observation group nursing satisfaction rate was 97.50%, the control group nursing satisfaction was 85.00%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 2.5%, which sig-nificantly lower than the control group (35.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of rapid surgical nursing for patients with gastric duodenal perforation surgery could reduce irritation , gastrointestinal disorders caused by in-flammation , and could help the recovery of gastrointestinal function , in order to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications such as intestinal adhesion and intestinal obstruction .The application of rapid surgical nursing could improve the patients′life quality, improve nursing satisfaction , and reduce disputes , which is worthy of promotion .
