Influence on Community Hyperpietic After Intervention by Health Education and Nursing

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence on hyperpietic after intervention by health education and nursing .Methods 80 cases of primary hypertension patients treated in the community center from Jan .2014 to Jan.2015 were selected as objects .And they were divid-ed into two groups randomly .All the patients were treated by antihypertensive drugs .The control group was given conventional hypertension nursing, while the observation group were given health education and nursing .The blood pressure controlling condition and the transforma-tion of their prevention and control of hypertension awareness were compared .Results Observation group got better blood pressure control , P<0.05.Compared with control group , the observation group gained deeper cognition of hypertension disease , P<0.05, and was easier to change their behavior patterns .Conclusion Health education combined with nursing intervention could better control blood pressure and form good life consciousness of prevention and controlling blood pressure .
