Analysis of the Expression and Significance of Nanog, Sox2 in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Abstract：ObjectiveToanalyzetheexpressionandsignificanceofNanog,Sox2inoralsquamouscellcarcinoma.Methods 38oral squamous cell carcinoma were collected , and 18 normal tissues adjacent to carcinoma .The expression level of Nanog and Sox 2 was detected by immunohistochemistry .Results The expression of Nanog and Sox 2 in oral squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in normal tissues, and the positive rate was correlated with the pathological grade .Conclusion The expression of Nanog and Sox 2 in oral tissue sec-tions can be used to determine the pathological grade .
