Abstract：Abstrcat:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treating renal staghorn calculi with percutaneous nephrolithotomy by different insidediametedoublechannel.Methods 32patientswithstaghornrenalcalculiwereselected,accordingtosizeofoperationchannel, they were divided into double standard channel group ( A group )20 patients, micro channel combined with standard channel group ( B group)12 patients.The operation situation were compared between two groups .Results Operation time of A group were significantly lower than those of B group.During the operation amount of bleeding、incidence rate of complication were significantly higher than those of B group.Conclusion Double standard channel PCNL、micro channel combined with standard PCNL channel treating staghorn renal calculi all can get better short and long term curative effect , while point of puncture and timing of puncture are key of dual channel operation suc -cess.
