Application Research of Topical Drugs in Combination with Hirudoid in Hemodialysis Puncture Hematoma
Abstract：Objective To study the tropical drugs in combination with hiru doid gels for hemodialysis puncture in the role of the hemato -ma.Methods 78 cases were randomized into the study , 40 people in the control group ( group A) and 38 people in the observation group ( group B) .Group A was treated with tropical drugs .On the basis of group A , group B was added hirudoid .The time of hematoma fading away, the pain degree and the degree of blood vessel elasticity were observed and compared .Any adverse reaction of the patients was also observed .Results The patients condition was improved in both groups .The time of group B hematoma retreat was shorter than group A , the degree of pain to improve the situation was better than that of group A , blood vessel hardening rate was lower than that of group A;Nurs-ing satisfaction higher than that of group A (P<0.05).No adverse reaction was founded.Conclusion The application of topical drugs combined hirudoid could significantly improve patients with hemodialysis puncture hematoma .The curative effect is definite , safe and relia-ble, and worthy of promotion .
