Treatment Based on Regulating Essence for Proteinuria in Diabetic Nephropathy

Abstract：Diabetic Nephropathy was one of the commonly chronic complications of diabetes .As progression of it , persistent proteinuria appears which was not only the typical feature and diagnostic element , but also a key factor of the disease progression .Western medicine did well in controlling blood sugar , while poorly in proteinuria as well as disease progression .Protein is an importment component of human body, part of nutrient substance .It discussed the method of regulating essence which contained tonifying kidney and replenishing essence , retaining the essence and dispelling the turbid , strengthening spleen and distributing of nutrient substance , so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of proteinuria in DN (diabetic nephropathy).
